The Center for Post Carbon Logistics’ Board of Directors ensures that the organization is working towards its mission and making an impact on the community. The board of directors is responsible for: 

• Setting goals: Establishing the organization’s mission, strategy, and goals 
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with legal and ethical standards 
• Financial stability: Ensuring the organization’s financial stability and sustainability 
• Organizational planning: Making realistic plans that align with the community’s needs and the organization’s mission 
• Representing stakeholders: Representing stakeholders such as donors and beneficiaries 
• Strategic development: Leading the strategic goals of the organization in partnership with staff members

Advisory Committee

The members advise the Executive Director in implementing the Center’s ambitious agenda and will provide expertise to determine what among the many actions should take priority. 

The Advisers will provide guidance about potential partners, funding, including but not limited to introductions to potential donors and program personnel at charitable foundations as well as government officials in the climate and transportation sector.
